Dear child of God,
What can separate you from God’s everlasting love? The truth is that NOTHING (not anything, not a single thing, never) can take you away from the LOVE of God in Christ Jesus.

Your anchor is His perfect love for you in Christ Jesus. So, the Apostle Paul reminds us about this love in Romans 8:38-39:

For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  • Not death and not life.
  • Not angels and not demons.
  • Not things are happening now and not things that will happen in the future.
  • Not those in power and authority.
  • Not heaven and not hell.
  • Not anything created on this earth.

How secure and safe you are in Christ Jesus. In the frailty of your humanity, God knows your heart, fears and thoughts.

Moreover, He also knows that we are dependent on Him to teach us to love and trust in Him. And it is only in and through Christ, by the Holy Spirit empowering us, can we know and accept His amazing love. But not even our weaknesses can separate us from His love in Christ Jesus.

He showed this love on the Cross of Christ by sacrificing His only Son so that we can have forgiveness of sins and eternal life with Him. So we read in Romans 5:8, “…but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us”.

Finally, He assures you in His Word that NOTHING can separate you from Him. From His everlasting love, His presence (He is love) – in Christ Jesus.

Be of good cheer, child of the Living God; He loves you!

Blessings and love
