How Online Counselling Works

Sessions take place online via Zoom, allowing you to meet from a space that feels comfortable and private to you. Many people find that being in their own environment helps them feel more at ease, making it easier to open up and engage in the process.

Online counselling also offers flexibility. You do not need to travel or sit in a waiting room, which makes it easier to fit sessions into your week, even during busy or demanding seasons of life.

All you need is a stable internet connection, a quiet place free from interruptions, and a device with a camera and audio.

I offer counselling in English, Afrikaans, and Portuguese, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you.
