Say Yes to Who You are in Him!
Yes, you are loved and accepted women of God. Do not believe lies; say yes to the truth about you today. You Father in Heaven, who loves you so much, tell you the following:
God fully accepts you. Say no, to rejection.
I am no stranger to the feelings of rejection, the fear of rejection and all the emotions that come with it; feeling “left out”, odd, unworthy, insecure, rejected and fearful.
But, part of our wholeness journey in Christ is to first know in our minds (read it). Then, known in our hearts (revelation). And finally, we live it out (practice it) in the reality of our everyday lives and relationships (confident and secure).
The truth that sets you free is that you are wonderfully and fearfully made (Psalm 139), and He accepts you fully in Christ! (Col 1:21-22).
God is fully pleased with you. Say no, to the need to please.
With the feelings of rejection comes the need to please others to be accepted. Even if it means compromising our value systems and dress or act in ways that are not authentic to who we are.
I lived like this for most of my youth, doing so many things just to be accepted by some “tribe”, any group will do.
But my freedom came when I finally realized that God fully accepts me, just for who I am, and He is the only one who I need to please.
The truth that sets you free is that you are fully pleasing to God! (Romans 5:1)
God fully loves you. Say no, to feeling unloved.
This one is probably the most powerful because God is love. And Love is so powerful that it will transform anyone; it will soften any heart and free you from feeling unloved.
In my journey to wholeness, this was the one thing that revolutionized my self-worth. The revelation of the love of God. When the penny finally dropped, and I got it! He loves me, and that was enough!
Everything changed, and I have never felt unloved, no matter how people responded to me in my relationships. I have the greatest love of all, His love!
The truth that sets you free is that God loves you so much! (1 John 4:9-11)
God fully forgives you. Say no to feeling shame and hopelessness.
As a new creation in Christ, all things have become new. I have a before and after God story, like many other women out there.
In my ignorance and fallen state, I made decisions in my youth that left me feeling shameful and hopeless. That resulted in feelings of guilt and hopelessness.
The journey to freedom teaches us that in Christ, sins are forgiven, the old things have passed away, and all things become new. No more shame, no more condemnation, no more hopelessness!
The truth that sets you free is that you are brand new. (John 3:3-6 and Romans 8:28-31)
Sisters in Christ, allow Him to minister love and wholeness to your hearts and let the truth set you free!
Blessings and love,
Mareli
